The measure of quality is based on a statement that we say all the time "This is Rotterdam"- which means the food has got to be great, plenty of it and at the right price- and that's what we strive for every day.

Our signature Italian specialties with macaroni sauce starts with the best quality tomatoes,and carefully slow cooked for 18 hours. Our steaks are black angus choice and hand cut. Our shrimp, scallops, calamari and haddock can be prepared any way you like and we also feature salmon and other seafood specials every week. All of our dinners are accompanied by our home baked bread and garlic bread and homemade desserts are always available.

At The Villa we also encourage you to try our fresh dough pizza- if we had a nickel for every time a customer told us "this is the best pizza I ever had"- we might be retired- Its really incredible!

The best part about The Villa is that dinner can mean a crock of french onion soup with jumbo chicken wings, and a beer at the bar-steamed clams and a pizza on our deck-or steak, seafood and pasta by our fireplace in the main dining room.
